Start with a useful question.
A cooperative needs to explain both why it exists and how someone can participate. The challenge was to connect an ambitious service ecosystem with the people, villages and practical next steps behind it.
The website introduces the founding women, traces the journey from health initiatives to Digital Sakhi and the cooperative, then gives visitors clear routes into registration, the marketplace and stories.
The choices behind
the experience.
01Build trust through people
Founder portraits, biographies and the chairman’s story make the organisation tangible before explaining the system.
02Separate the paths
Registration, Gramtek Mart and Blogs are real destinations, rather than only section anchors.
03Make a complex model legible
An interactive ecosystem explains the relationship between producers, warehouses, local fulfilment, Digital Sakhis and households.
Direction, iteration,
and a working build.
I used AI-assisted development to turn the organisation’s story into a working site, then directed changes to navigation, founder visibility and the mobile first impression. The build history records Marathi/English checks and motion that settles automatically with reduced-motion support.
Live website · staged rollout
The website separates available applications from distribution tools in pilot and planned handoff/payment capabilities. The marketplace preview does not establish live orders or payments.
