01 / Context

Turn an event space into an understandable interface.

An immersive booth needs clear routes to the activities people came for: browse products, watch content, contact a representative or book time to talk. The supplied work connects the visual environment to these practical tasks.

Exhibitors

Set up branded content and product information.

Attendees

Explore the booth and choose an interaction.

Representatives

Manage conversations and meeting requests.

02 / Setup

Bring a booth to life through simple inputs.

The setup flow asks for exhibitor information and banner content alongside a visual preview. That pairing makes the relationship between configuration and the finished booth more tangible.

03 / Discovery

Layer useful information over the environment.

Product browsing opens within the booth experience. A product grid leads to detail views, maintaining a recognisable relationship between the exhibit and its content.

Progressive detail

Start with a range of products, then inspect one.

Spatial continuity

The booth remains the surrounding context.

04 / Conversation

Give interest a clear next step.

Meeting-slot selection and contact actions turn exploration into a concrete interaction. The source also includes calendar and media views within the same booth framework.

05 / The other side

Design for the people running the event, too.

Representative views include an inbox, starred and archived conversations, and a persistent chat area. These screens extend the attendee experience into the operational work behind it.

Takeaway

An immersive environment becomes useful when each visual affordance leads to a clear task. The event experience spans both the attendee and the representative.
