01 / Context

Access is a journey with consequences.

My Access brings requests, records and supporting details into an enterprise interface. The reference portfolio describes product-manager interviews, personas and journey maps as part of the broader work; the supplied project board shows the resulting interface states.

Find

Locate the relevant identity or request.

Specify

Choose the access and supporting details.

Review

Inspect selections and complete the request.

02 / Starting a request

Make the request understandable before it grows.

The request view separates the main form from persistent navigation. Related fields are grouped within the work area, so the task has a clear centre even within a large enterprise product.

03 / Selection

Keep selection inside a visible sequence.

The source board includes step indicators, searchable tables and selection states. Together they express both where the user is in the flow and what they are acting on.

Orientation

The step sequence gives the task a visible progression.

Inspection

Tabular detail supports comparison before selection.

04 / Review

Make chosen access easy to inspect.

Selection and review views carry related details forward. This gives the user an opportunity to check the request in context before reaching its completion state.

05 / Completion

Close the loop clearly.

A dedicated confirmation state marks the end of the interaction. It separates completion feedback from the dense form underneath, giving the result a clear place in the flow.

Takeaway

Enterprise access workflows need visible progression, clear scope and a deliberate review point. Those qualities make a complex request easier to follow.
